Shipping, Return & Disclaimer Polices

🌸 Ke’Amore Co. candles are hand-poured and shipped with proper burning and safety instructions on our jars and candle care guide. Please burn all candles within sight and be sure to trim your wick before initial use and in between each burn. We use cotton ECO wicks, which are self-trimming, but if you see a ball at the end of your wick, trim it! 

🌸 Ke’Amore Co. is not liable for any damage or injuries our products may cause to you or your home. Always use caution when burning any candles. Keep away from flammable items, children, and pets.

🌸 Ke’Amore Co. uses natural coconut & soy wax Blend. Frosting, sweating, discoloration, and rough tops are completely normal and do not affect the quality or performance of our candles. 

🌸 Ke’Amore Co. Return Policy: Candles cannot be returned because you dislike a scent.  Please read the scent profile and fragrance notes in full before ordering. 

🌸 Ke’Amore Co. Shipping Policy: Packages and Ships all orders with love and care.  Most candles will ship via USPS, which offers insured packing up to $50.  Please open a dispute with the carrier if your package arrives damaged.  We will work with you to replace or refund your order if we are at fault. 

🌸 Ke’Amore Co Discounts: Regarding discounts, Candles are separate from any previous promotions or discount codes.  Please note that discounts can be combined when purchasing from all collections. This means both will have to be entered during checkout.
